Ingredients: 1/2 an orange 1 cup of baby spinach 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple 1 tbs coconut oil 2 tbs chia seeds 1/2 tsp ground or fresh ginger 1.5 cups of filtered water Method: blend all ingredients until well combined, add more water if needed. |
