Breakfast Protein Pot

This recipe is full of goodness, not just protein, omega3’s and 6’s and more. Make it the night before. Use the yoghurt and milk you like. I prefer almond, but you could use dairy or soy if that’s what you like

3 tbs hemp protein powder OR 1/2 cup hemp seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs flax seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup of almond or coconut yoghurt
3/4 cup almond or coconut milk 

Place all ingredients in a jar, pop the lid on and shake. You could also mix in a bowl and cover before placing in the fridge overnight. 

In the morning you can top it with fruit and enjoy it 🙂
