Q: Do you work with women outside of Australia? A: Yes! All coaching sessions are available to be conducted online via Zoom, so I work with women worldwide.
Q: What if I’m not sure I’m ready for coaching? A: That’s exactly what the Strategy Session is for. It’s a low-risk way to experience working with me and get clarity on your next steps.
Q: How long do people usually work with you? A: It varies based on your goals and where you’re starting from. You’ll experience noticeable shifts within the first month – improved clarity, better energy, and momentum toward your priorities. However, the most sustainable transformations typically develop over 3-6 months of consistent support. This allows time for your new patterns to truly integrate and become your natural way of being. Some women work with me for just a few sessions to get unstuck, while others commit to longer-term coaching to create deep, lasting change. We’ll discuss what makes sense for you during your Strategy Session.
Q: What if I can’t make the group program dates? A: The calls will be recorded, and the replay will be available for a short time. To get the most out of the calls, please join live so you can ask questions and interact with others.
Q: Do you offer payment plans? A: Yes, payment plans are available for the monthly coaching package and group programs. We can discuss options that work for your budget.
